Detailed Problem Description
OSA176 - Open Orders by Sales Rep and Customer is not displaying all the months and instead it is displaying "Not Assigned" in several areas of the report. Needs to be investigated and fixed.
Solution Analysis and Recommendations
1. The issue with “Not Assigned” months in OSA176. Initially it was due to delivery dates in future and repository function ‘FiscalPeriod’ not being updated with the future dates.
2. It was observed from OSA176 report that though repository function is updated with future dates still several orders are falling under 'Not Assigned' category. This is due to Repository Function Fiscal Period is not updated with correct Period definition as per NEP and missing the date 02/29/2016 as shown here:
Resolution
1. Repository Function 'FiscalPeriod' needs to be updated with future dates.
2. Repository Function 'FiscalPeriod' needs to be defined with correct Fiscal Period values as per NEP for 02/29/2016.
